The following Acceptable Use Policy (the “Use Policy”) governs your use of the products and services (collectively, the “Services”) received from Front and Back Studios LLC (“FBS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) on our website(s) or in relation thereto, and is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions by this reference. This Use Policy must be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and all other policies on our site. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions.

By accessing or using this site and/or the Services, you agree to be bound by this Use Policy. If you disagree with any part of this Use Policy, then you must leave the site and may not access the Services.

We may, at our sole discretion, modify or revise this Use Policy at any time by updating the text of this page without notice to you, and you are bound by any such modification or revision. You should therefore visit this page periodically to review the Use Policy. 

We fully appreciate your use of our Services.

Please note however, our Services can only be used for lawful purposes. Failure by you or any User Personnel (as defined below), to use the Services for lawful purposes or such purposes as are permitted herein, could lead to civil and/or criminal liability with respect to you and/or said applicable User Personnel. Please note that in respect of the use of our Services, you are solely responsible for use by you, your holding entity, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, the “User Personnel”). 

In relation to the foregoing, you are strictly prohibited from using the Services and/or the domain:

(i) For adult content such as pornography;

(ii) For child pornography purposes or other exploitation or harming or attempt to exploit and/or harm minors in any way;

(iii) For violation of any federal, state, local or international law, rule or regulation;

(iv) For promoting and or allowing inappropriate content. Content will be deemed inappropriate if —

a. It is defamatory, plagiarized, abusive, malicious, threatening, false, misleading, offensive, insulting, discriminatory, profane, harassing, racist, sexist, indecent, obscene, pornographic, or hateful;

b. It is in breach of confidentiality of another person’s privacy;

c. It infringes upon any intellectual property rights proprietary to us or any other third party;

d. It serves as an introduction to malicious programs and is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, malware, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software, harmful data or conduct);

e. It advertises or promotes any product or service or makes any requests for donations or financial support of a Ponzi like scheme of fraud; and/or

f. It impersonates another person or otherwise misrepresents a third party’s identity, affiliation or status;

(v) To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter”, “spam” or any other similar solicitation;

(vi) To use any program, command,  or send messages of any sort, with the purpose to obstruct or disable a user’s session through any means, including, but not limited to, locally, via the Internet, Intranet, or Externet;

(vii) To violate the security or integrity of any network, computer or communications system, software application, or network or computing device;

(viii) To gain unauthorized access to our site;

(ix) To re-submit any content or other material or applications which have previously been removed, unless our express permission to do so was given;

(x) To probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures; and

(xi) To purposefully disrupt network security, including, but not limited to, network sniffing, pinged floods, packet spoofing, denial of service, and forged routing information for malicious purposes;

In the event we discover a violation of this Use Policy, we may (i) inform the relevant authorities, and/or (ii) provide notice to you to immediately cease such violation, and/or (iii) temporarily prohibit or ban you from using our site or our Services, and/or (iv) permanently prohibit or ban you from using our site or our Services, at which point we may, at our sole discretion, refund any monies paid by you for our Services.
